All photography copyright remains with CHash Photography at all times.
When purchasing digital images, a print release is included to allow you to print them as many times as you like and share them online.
Taking screenshots from the website or social media is illegal, as is editing any images or using them commercially. I appreciate your co-operation.

Session fees are non refundable. In exceptional circumstances sessions can be re-scheduled once. 24 hours notice is required.
Photoshoots on location will be re-scheduled at the discretion of CHash Photography if there is bad weather.

Mini Sessions are for immediate family members only, unless otherwise stated.

Before your photo-shoot you will be asked to complete a booking form. Included is the option to share your images on social media, on my website and in my photography marketing.

Safety is of upmost importance to me and as such I would ask you to adhere to the guidelines set out in each session description.

Parents are responsible for their children and will remain in the room with them at all times, CHash Photography accepts no responsibility for accidents due to misbehavior or misuse of props.

Add-on extras from the pricing guide are only available when purchased in addition to a digital or print package.

Products are bespoke and as such are non-refundable unless faulty when they will be exchanged for a replacement.
Digital files are non-refundable in all instances.

Sessions booked upfront with USB will include a minimum of 20 of the best images and there will be no viewing session, the USB will be posted to you within 14 days.

Cake Smash sessions; if you have added a cake to your session, please be aware the cakes I provide are homemade so I can adapt them to any allergies your children may have. The cake smash session is not designed for your baby or child to eat as much as possible. It will be different for each child and when you feel the time is right we will move on to the splash. CHash Photography accepts no responsibility for any side effects or sickness from this session.

I love photography and each photo-shoot is special to you and me. I take great care and attention to detail when both photographing and editing to offer you some beautiful photographs from your session.
